Hi, my name is Antonio Leone.
I am a passionate Italian Chef & Cooking Enthusiast.
This is my personal website where I share my ideas, dreams and experiences about the hospitality industry. I started my journey within the industry in Milan, Italy more than two decades ago by learning the art of pizza making from a Neapoletan family.
After gaining the necessary skills I decided to open my own business. Since then I have sold my business, moved across the world to Australia to pursue a formal education in order to better understand the sector and have gained invaluable experience from various roles within the industry from pizzaiolo and chef to business developer.
Life has since brought me back to Europe and along the way I have gained what I consider to be a unique understanding of the challenges that the industry and businesses face.
On this website, I share my thoughts and ideas about how I think some of those challenges may be overcome.
